A quick note on how the messaging system works — then you're good to go.
How it works
- Start a conversation from any listing page by clicking "Message Seller." The seller sees your message and can reply here.
- New messages show up under the Requests tab until the other person accepts your message.
- Use messages for business questions — availability, pricing, delivery, etc.
A few ground rules
- Do not share phone numbers or email addresses inside messages — those belong in your profile. Contact info will be automatically removed from messages.
- No spam, harassment, or off-topic messages.
- Messages are saved for 180 days for dispute resolution, then deleted automatically.
- You can block or report anyone at any time using the menu in a conversation.
